Entertainment Project: ShakeParty — Children’s Event Agency
Entertainment Project: ShakeParty – Turning a Live Service into a Scalable Business in Germany
Client and Starting Point
ShakeParty is a children’s event agency in Germany founded by three friends and mothers. From their own experience, they saw that many families were missing a party format where everything is truly thought through: real interaction with entertainers, a clear program, attention to every child, and as little stress as possible for parents. What started as a few Christmas visits for friends quickly grew into a steady stream of bookings and repeat clients – essentially, ShakeParty became a business even before the brand was formally “packaged”.
The founders bring together several strong competencies: hands-on experience as entertainers and in larger companies, an understanding of child psychology and age-appropriate formats, a love for well-crafted scenarios and visually strong parties, and a respectful attitude towards the family’s home and schedule. On this basis, the brand values emerged: “turn-key” celebrations so parents don’t burn out on preparation; warm, respectful communication with kids instead of stiff, generic shows; multilingual service (RU / UA / DE / EN); inclusivity and openness to different cultures and children with different characters and special needs. Families started coming back, recommending ShakeParty to friends and booking events in advance – demand stabilised, and it became clear: this project had outgrown hobby status and needed a professional digital setup.
Objectives
The team deliberately approached a digital agency with the ambition to move to the next level and hand over “everything digital” to professionals. Together, we defined the goals: position ShakeParty as a recognisable and stable brand; build a marketing strategy and a system for generating qualified enquiries; create a website that drives bookings rather than just describing services; strengthen SMM and media campaigns to increase the volume of targeted online leads; and free up the founders’ time for what matters most – delivering high-quality events and developing the service offering.
Research and Analysis
In the first phase, we conducted in-depth interviews with the founders to clarify the brand story, values, vision and growth plans. We collected and structured family feedback, repeat bookings and reasons for recommendations. We analysed parents’ needs: which event formats they look for, what they expect from service and communication, and what fears or barriers they have when booking entertainers. We also reviewed the existing acquisition channels – local chats, word of mouth, social media – and their contribution to incoming requests.
From this, we identified key strengths: genuine emotions from children, a warm family feel to the events, multilingual service, inclusivity, and a high level of parental trust. At the same time, the growth gaps were obvious: no website, no defined brand, enquiries coming in unsystematically and heavily dependent on the founders’ personal involvement. The conclusion: the next step required a clear brand strategy, a conversion-driven website with a strong SEO base, a unified visual style, and a complete online acquisition system.
Strategy and Overall Solution
We developed an integrated marketing strategy that clearly defined the roles of the website, social media, local search and media campaigns. The primary KPI was set unambiguously: growth in the number and quality of enquiries and bookings – not just reach or likes.
On the brand and identity side, we prepared several positioning and naming options and tested them “in the parents’ language”. The name ShakeParty was confirmed, and we created the logo and visual brand identity. We described the brand core: who we are for the family, what promise we give, why parents trust us, and how our communication should sound across all channels.
The website shakeparty.de was designed strictly along the real customer journey: format → hero/character → details → enquiry. We developed structure, design and copy with conversion in mind, making the services easy to understand for different audiences. Programs were grouped by age, format and language; online booking and convenient enquiry forms were integrated.
Already during development, we laid a strong SEO foundation: detailed keyword mapping, internal linking, technical optimisation (page speed, correct indexation of key landing pages, clean meta tags and clear content structure). In parallel, we implemented a robust analytics setup with conversion tracking, properly configured Consent Mode and events for all key actions – from submitting an enquiry to a confirmed booking. This allowed the project to take leading positions in the children’s events niche in Germany within the first months and to establish itself strongly for search queries related to entertainers and kids’ parties.
Performance Marketing and SMM
To scale traffic and demand, we set up a full Google ecosystem: local business profile, Google Ads account and search, local, video and remarketing campaigns with precise geo-targeting and optimised ad formats. At the same time, we launched TikTok Ads and Facebook Ads accounts. Facebook and Instagram were connected via a single Business Manager; pixels and conversion events were configured, audiences were segmented (including remarketing and look-alike), and a continuous cycle of A/B testing for creatives and offers was established.
In parallel, we rolled out an SMM strategy with regular content pillars, “before/after” stories, review-based content and behind-the-scenes glimpses into the animation work. Instagram Ads based on geo and interests, plus a local Google search setup with simple lead forms, shortened the path from first contact to actual enquiry. Combined with solid on-page optimisation, this ensures stable growth in website traffic and enquiries, while the brand continues to strengthen its position in search and social media.
Results and Client Value
Key metrics after implementation: incoming enquiries increased by around 60% per month, cost per lead dropped by about 30% compared to the initial campaigns, repeat bookings grew by roughly 18% within three months, and family satisfaction (NPS) reached 4.8 out of 5. For the core keyword “Аниматоры” (“entertainers”) in the Germany geo, ShakeParty appears in first position, and the Instagram account has passed 3,000 followers and continues to grow – a strong signal that the chosen strategy is working.
The original request – “turn a live service into a real business” – has been fully delivered. Today, ShakeParty has a recognisable brand, a family-friendly, conversion-oriented website, a strong SEO foundation and a systematic online stream of enquiries that the business can rely on and scale. The operating model is partnership-based: ShakeParty is responsible for the product and event quality, while the digital agency handles strategy, brand, website, analytics and performance marketing. The result is not just “a finished website”, but a working ecosystem in which both sides can continuously test hypotheses, launch new formats and build sustainable growth in the children’s events market in Germany.
